"What is the cost of a home inspection?"
The average cost is between $275-$375 depending on square footage and foundation of the home. We accept cash, check and credit cards. Full payment must be received prior to inspection.
"Can my house fail an inspection?"
No, our inspection reveals only the current condition of the home. We do not pass or fail a home, we simply indicate if any systems or components need attention or repair.
"How long does it take to complete a home inspection and do I need to be there?"
The time is based on the age, condition and size of the home, on average it takes 2-5 hours to complete. It is recommended that you are present at the end of the inspection to answer any questions you may have but it's not necessary.
"Are you licensed and insured?"
Yes! Our Arkansas Licence # is HI-1791. We carrry ENO insurance as well as a $100,000 liability policy.
"What is a home inspection?"
A fully comprehensive, non-invasive examination of a home including all of its structures and asthetics by a licensed home inspector.
